The Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) policy of the company prohibits all forms of harassment- sexual or non-sexual and expects professional behavior among the employees at the workplace. The said policy is drafted in consonance with the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 & the allied Rules (hereinafter referred to as ‘SHWW Act and Rules‘) as well as the guidelines issues by the Supreme Court of India in the landmark judgement in Vishaka & Ors. v. The State of Rajasthan & Ors.

We express our commitment to maintaining a safe working environment that is free of harassment based on gender, race, religion, national origin, age, sexual orientation, or any other protected classification.
